Primary Department

Our Primary Department is a welcoming and nurturing environment where children from Primary 1 to Primary 7 are encouraged to explore, discover and thrive.

Across our four classes, we celebrate each child as an individual, supporting them to develop confidence, independence, creativity and a lifelong love of learning.

With a wide range of indoor and outdoor spaces, we provide opportunities for children to learn through play, exploration and real-life experiences.

At Sandwick, education is centred around the individual needs, interests and aspirations of every learner. We recognise that every child is unique and that children learn, develop and progress in different ways and at different paces.

Our nurturing and inclusive approach ensures that each learner is supported and challenged appropriately, with opportunities to build on their strengths, explore their interests and develop their confidence.

Through positive relationships, personalised support and meaningful learning experiences, we aim to ensure that every child feels valued, experiences success and is empowered to reach their full potential.

Quality Learning & Teaching

Our goal is to ensure that every child feels included, is appropriately challenged, makes progress and understands themselves as a successful learner.

At Sandwick we value transition at every stage, co-developing bespoke and core transition with families and wider professionals.
